Troy Fabish graduated from The University of Toledo College of Business in 1990 and owned and operated Executive Office Place, a three center 202 office business center company, with his family until he sold his shares in July 2013. In 2003 Troy became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio to help his growing clients secure professional office space outside the business center model. He worked under the brokerage Triumph Realty until 2013 when he joined Keller Williams Consultants Realty in Dublin, Ohio, and KW Commercial as Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate Services and team lead for the Fabish Group. Troy specializes in Multi Family, Office, Retail, Industrial/Flex, Medical and Land Investment Sales and Leasing as a Listing Agent, Buyer’s Agent, Tenant and Landlord Representative. His passion is working to help small businesses survive and thrive in the competitive market.
Troy is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Columbus Realtors, Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangers (OCREE), Restoration Industry Association (RIA) and Franklin Park Conservatory. Troy serves on the 2020 KW Consultants Agent Leadership Committee and Chair of the Commercial Mastermind and Education Committee. He served on the Columbus Realtors Commercial Education Committee in 2019. He also served 7 years on the Board of Directors of the Global Workspace Association where he was President for two years. He lives in German Village where he is active in his local civic association. He is also a leader in Gold Star Referral Clubs, Business Development Network, founding President of Buckeye Referral Club, a Member of the Columbus Realtors Commercial Advisory Board and President of Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangers.
