As a realtor, I am passionate about helping property owners successfully sell their properties while making the process feel smooth, supported, and rewarding from start to finish. My experiences in real estate have allowed me to work with buyers during highly competitive bidding wars, where I helped a client win a deal through strategy, communication, and persistence. I have also referred to clients trusted Realtors outside of Ohio so they could feel confident they were being taken care of no matter where they were moving. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I gained valuable industry knowledge while working as a personal assistant for a busy local Realtor and through managing my own listing, experience. Those opportunities helped me develop a strong understanding of the preparation, marketing, negotiation, and communication it takes to successfully list and sell property.
I come from a small town where everyone knows everyone, and I believe that background helped shape my friendly, approachable personality and strong sense of community. I’m a proud mom to my daughter and dog mom to my 2 male dogs, who bring a lot of joy and entertainment into my life. Family means everything to me, including my sister and brother-in-law, my brother and sister-in-law, nephews, and nieces. Before beginning my journey in real estate, I worked in many different industries including McDonald’s, the legal field, cosmetology, modeling and talent entertainment, and as an apartment leasing consultant. Each experience strengthened my ability to connect with people, understanding different personalities and situations, and provide excellent customer service with patience and professionalism.
I chose real estate because I’ve always appreciated how unique every property is and how much meaning a space can hold for the people connected to it. What I love most is helping property owners confidently list and sell their residential or commercial properties while guiding them through an important transaction in life or business. I enjoy helping sellers showcase their properties in the best possible way while creating strategies designed to attract strong interest and maximize value from preparing a property for the market to negotiating offers and helping clients move into their next chapter, I truly enjoy every part of the listing process. There is something incredibly rewarding about helping people move forward while knowing I played a part in helping them achieve a successful sale and a fresh start.
